I am so tired! I fell asleep at 12am, and woke up at 11am, so you'd think I'd be awake. I feel so sleepy though, and stuffed. Brunch was incredibly filling! These pancakes are definitely for two.
I made sauce too :)
Chocolate Peanut Butter Spread
2 tbsp Peanut Butter
1 tsp chocolate chips
1/2 tsp cocoa powder
Melt peanut butter and chocolate chips in the microwave for 30-60 seconds. Mix in cocoa powder, and enjoy!
