Stir-Fried Vegetables

I don't usually eat stir fry. I've hated it since I was younger, don't ask me why. I don't know what made me decide to make this, I think it happened spontaneously! hahahah. 


I think cabbage is one of my favourite vegetables. 




Ingredients:
3/4 cup shredded cabbage
1/4 cup red bell peppers
4 small mushrooms
1 cup spinach

Directions:
1. Cook cabbage in a frying pan, approximately 10 minutes, or until soft.
2. In a separate pan cook mushrooms, peppers, and spinach. Add cabbage.
3. If desired, add your choice of sauce. Enjoy!
