I made these the same day as the peanut butter cookies, hence the same looking photos.
Vegan Snickerdoodles (Original here)
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tarter
1/2 tsp baking soda
splash vanilla extract
1/2 flax egg (1/2 tbsp ground flax seed + 1/5 tbsp water)
1/4 cup Earth balance
For sprinkling over top: 2 tsp sugar + 1 tsp cinnamon, mixed

Changes I made:
- Refrigerated for only 40 minutes
- used a small cookie scoop which made smaller cookies
Changes I should have made:
- Baked for only 8 minutes, 10 was too long, they got quite crunchy.
