Coconut Peach Oatmeal

Mmmmm this was the best oatmeal I've ever made.






1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1/4 cup oat bran
1 tbsp ground flax seed
1 tbsp white ground chia seed
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 cup water
2 tbsp sweetener (I used leftover cream cheese frosting, mmm)
1 ripe peach

Instructions
1. Cut peach into small sections, place on a plate and put in the freezer (This makes it cold, so once the oatmeal is done you mix it in and it cools the oats a bit)
2. Cook first 6 ingredients on medium-low until done.
3. Stir in 1 tbsp sweetener, and peach.
4. Serve and place the remaining sweetener on top. Enjoy!
