Om nom nom, another one of Katie's recipes! If you are not familiar with Katie, go check her out! I made two of her fudge recipes earlier, while I was waiting for the pancakes to cook. I'll post those either later today or tomorrow :)

I used whole wheat pastry flour, and an extra 1 tbsp of regular whole wheat because they were a bit runny.
I topped them with strawberry jam, which apparently wasn't the sugar free I am used to, so when I bit into the pancakes it was a sugar overload. Not very yummy. But the pancakes were quite good, I love how thick they get!
